Incredibly Informational!
This course covered so many aspects of wellbeing. As you learn more about physical, emotional, and spiritual health, you also learn more about yourself in the process. There are well-paced segments of information that allow you to really digest what is being taught, and the readings are downloadable, so you can print them and take notes if you want! Overall, I loved this course, and it really made a positive impact on me.
